Theatre techniques workshop to be conducted by Assitej International president Yvette Hardie from Cape Town

DATE: Friday 10 May 2013

VENUE: Zimbabwe Community Hall (Opposite Mushandira Pamwe Hotel)

TIME: 10:30am – 4.00pm

Zimbabwe Association of Theatre for Children and Young People – ZATCYP in collaboration with Association of Community Theatre Artists in Harare – ACTAH are hosting the Theatre techniques workshop including:
Professional Lessac based body, Voice techniques and Techniques suitable for adults working for young audiences. The workshop is conducted by the Cape Town based president of ASSITEJ International Yvette Hardie who is also the director of ASSITEJ South Africa and director of the play “The Ogreling” which was staged at this year’s HIFA. All interested Community Theatre Artists and any other Theatre Artists interested in doing theatre for children and young people are welcome.
